Erin Dame, PA-C

Erin Dame, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Utah University and her Master of Medical Science (MMS) from Midwestern University. Prior experience as a PA includes primary care and pain management. Erin enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, and playing drums in her band.​
